  • Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies

  • Regularly and proactively source for new suppliers for better quality products, payment terms and price 

  • Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, product ranges, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances.

  • Work with Operations and Sales, Logistics & Marketing Teams

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options

  • Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

  • Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies

  • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

  • Other tasks separately assigned in addition to the above

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years procurement experience

  • Analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Team player, meticulous, details-oriented

  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in the use of SAP & WMS

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • To achieve/meet cost saving target
